As a counsellor, I provide a confidential and non-judgemental space for you to seek support. My main purpose is to facilitate your process in overcoming challenges to your wellbeing. This includes offering evidence -based approaches, resources and strategies, tailored to suit your personal needs, goals and values.
I work with adults, on an individual basis, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support wellbeing and good mental health, inclusive of but not limited to: Solution -Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Grief and Loss Support.
