Grief isn’t just sadness, it is a psychological response involving many different emotions and physiological changes. Nothing prepares us for losses that tear our worlds apart. Whether it be the death of a family member, close friend or beloved pet. Or losses caused by changes in health, the breakdown of a relationship, relocation, children leaving home, retirement or redundancy.
