GP referrals are not required, and appointments can be made privately and directly through the Halaxy online booking site.
When using the online booking system, fees are paid in advance and information regarding consent to counselling will automatically be sent to your email.
Fees paid in advance are fully refunded for cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to your appointment.
